NIBS ETC Rye, Hazelnut and Cacao Granola


A box of Rye, Hazelnut and Cacao granola made in England with upcycled British Apple Juice Pulp.

You can eat it straight out of the bag and even makes the milk go chocolatey. A cacao granola that doesn't skimp on the cacao and yet still, full of delicate clusters and not too sweet. Perfect atop hot porridge for breakfast or seasonal stewed fruit with a cheeky dollop of custard, for pudding. Sprinkle onto yoghurt, ice cream, or grab a handful at any time of day.

This batch is made up of 1/3 Juice Pulp sourced from Kent-grown-and-pressed Cox Apples, in England. This upcycled snack is full of flavour and fibre, causing energy to release more slowly, holding you fuller, for longer. Naturally flavourful, cluster-y with a slight chew and crunch, and only lightly sweetened with Organic Maple Syrup, and therefore vegan friendly.

British Apple Pulp, Rye Flakes* (27%), Cacao (16%) [min. 100% (Cacao Beans, Cacao Butter*), min. 75% (Cacao Beans, Cane Sugar, Cacao Butter*), min. 100% (Cacao Nibs)], Maple Syrup, Skin-on Hazelnuts (7%), British Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil, Salt.
