This little pillow is made from 100% linen and filled with lavender oil infused grains, perfect for some soothing home therapy.

Handmade in London by Botanique Workshop, using Merchant and Mills yarn dyed linens in "Jazz Grid", a pink and red grid fabric.
 
This would make a thoughtful gift, and is a great thing to have to hand when some self care or relaxation is needed.

How to use
Use hot or cold to soothe aches, pains or swelling. Simply heat carefully in the microwave to use hot and apply to affected area to soothe aching muscles. Could also be used as an alternative to a hot water bottle. To use cold, cool in the freezer and use as a cold pack treatment to reduce swelling.

Whether using hot or cold, be sure to handle the pillow carefully and only use at a safe temperature.
