About TABLE Chocolate
The small team behind TABLE create their delicious, micro-batch chocolate from bean to bar in Liverpool. Andrea and Remy are on a mission to place traceability on the table, using only the highest quality ingredients from researched cacao farms where workers are paid fairly. Remy is a former head pastry chef who's worked in Michelin-star and 5 star environments around the world. He brings that experience to the art of chocolate making, using high quality cocoa beans and minimal ingredients to reveal the true taste of chocolate.

About Öko Caribe: Adriano de Jesús Rodríguez and Gualberto Acebey Torrejón founded Öko Caribe in 2006 aiming at raising the standard of quality cocoa in the country.  Öko Caribe creates a sustainable environment for the smallholder farmers they work with, maintaining a close relationship with the 180 surrounding workers in the area.  They ferment and dry at their facility respecting protocols that ensure only the highest quality cocoa makes it through.
