The salts come in a 500ml amber glass jar which can be recycled or repurposed as a storage jar for cotton wool. 

Benefits: Dead Sea salt baths may help improve blood circulation, relieve muscle tension and aid relaxation. 

How to Use
Add 2-3 small handfuls in warm running water for a nourishing soak, or try Earl of East's body scrub recipe for an invigorating ritual.

Quick Body Scrub recipe from Earl of East:
Mix the bath salts with your favourite body oil (or a nourishing carrier oil such as jojoba, coconut or olive oil) to create a paste and apply to your body. Avoiding the face, exfoliate as desired. Wash off in a warm shower to activate the essential oils and therapeutic salts (take care not to slip!). Your skin will feel moisturised from the oil and energised from the scrub. Use up any left over mixture in your bath.

Not recommended if you have very sensitive skin.
