A lovely deep flour scoop, designed to neatly ladle dried foods from glass containers such as Kilner jars.

Crafted from rich brown oak by Selwyn House in Northamptonshire, who use exclusively British-grown timbers.

This would make a very special gift for a baker.

It has a round, wide dish turned on the lathe. The short hand-carved handle makes it easy to hold and means your spoon can live inside larger jars!

The oak has been finished in a hard-wearing wax and oil blend, highlighting the beautiful natural colouring of the wood.

As well as being a useful and functional tool in the kitchen, this wooden flour scoop is a beautiful object in its own right.

Care instructions 
Not suitable for dishwashers or submerging in water. For best results wipe clean with a damp cloth and use a Wood Balm regularly to preserve the finish.

About Selwyn House
Established in 2017 by Sean Best and Ellie Smalls, Selwyn House create functional yet beautiful wooden tableware that doesn’t compromise on sustainability. Their pieces are born from a love of great food and gathering together for simple feasts. Every piece is made individually by hand in their workshop in rural Northamptonshire, exclusively from trees which are grown in Britain and sourced in small batches from independent sawmills. Rather than the tropical timbers so often found in commercial woodenware, Selwyn House choose to use the fantastic hardwoods available right here in this country - hoping to play a small part in highlighting the beauty of British timber and the need to invest in its future.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Standard Delivery - £3.95 (Free for orders over £100)
Deliveries are pausing for a few days during the Easter holiday. Orders placed between 15-21 April will be dispatched on 22 April using a Royal Mail Tracked Next Day Service, for delivery on 23/24 April.

Sadly, we are currently unable to deliver to customers in Northern Ireland due to the new GSPR guidelines.
