About Jess Elliott Dennison
Jess is a food writer and the founder of Elliott’s; a community that celebrates simple cooking and life in the kitchen. She has written four cookbooks; Salad Feasts, Tin Can Magic, Lazy Baking, and her newest book, Midweek Recipes, published August 2024. In June 2023, Jess sold her Elliott’s Cafe which is listed on Conde Nast’s Best Edinburgh Restaurant List.

Elliott’s Studio, a beautiful green-fronted tenement building on Sciennes Road in Edinburgh is an extension of Jess’s home and where she cooks, writes and teaches.

Orders placed between 21-29 December will be dispatched on 30 December.
