DESCRIPTION

A ceramic bud vase ideal for displaying a small posy of fresh or dried foliage or seed heads.

Made by Florence in her Bristol pottery studio, this little vase is hand-thrown on the potter’s wheel in a gently flecked stoneware clay and then hand-carved with grooved facets reminiscent of mid century pottery.

Finished with a maker’s stamp on the base.

Glazed in a shimmering moss green that reveals variated tones when held to the light. The faceted shape of the vase allows the glaze to flow in a way that highlights natural variations within the colour.   

This would make a thoughtful birthday or housewarming present.
