A sustainable tree decoration: These baubles are made from wood offcuts in Selwyn House's studio that would otherwise go to waste.

A celebration of British timbers: these baubles are made from a variety of timbers including oak, olive ash and London Plane, celebrating the diversity of timbers to be found in this country.

Styling suggestion: Decorate your Christmas tree with wooden baubles and ribbons for a timeless look. Or keep the baubles up all through the colder months, on a sculptural winter branch.

Choosing your bauble: We'll select a beautiful bauble for you from our range. However if you'd prefer to choose your own, please add a note to the Order Notes section when placing your order, and we'll send you a picture of the baubles we have available to choose from. This may add 24 hours to the delivery time.

Established in 2017 by Sean Best and Ellie Smalls, Selwyn House create functional yet beautiful wooden tableware that doesn’t compromise on sustainability. Their pieces are born from a love of great food and gathering together for simple feasts. Every piece is made individually by hand in their workshop in rural Northamptonshire, exclusively from trees which are grown in Britain and sourced in small batches from independent sawmills. Rather than the tropical timbers so often found in commercial woodenware, Selwyn House choose to use the fantastic hardwoods available right here in this country - hoping to play a small part in highlighting the beauty of British timber and the need to invest in its future.
