Where is Land Tales based?
Land Tales is an online shop run by Hannah from home in Walthamstow, London. It's where your order will be carefully wrapped, packed and posted. Occasionally we also host pop up shops in Leyton, East London.
How will my order be wrapped?
Everything will be carefully packaged in recycled and recyclable materials that are 100% plastic free. We also reuse packaging from our suppliers where possible, to minimise our environmental impact.
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes! We love to gift wrap your orders using gorgeous paper and ribbon. We're hoping to add a Gift Wrap button at checkout very soon, but in the meantime if you'd like Gift Wrapping head here to add it to your basket.
Can you send straight to the gift recipient?
Yes absolutely! Simply add their name and address in the shipping address fields at checkout. If you'd like us to include a handwritten note, you can add it to the Order Notes field.
How long will it take to arrive?
Standard delivery is 3-5 business days (based on orders placed before 1pm) using a Royal Mail Tracked service. Express delivery is also available if you need your gifts in a hurry.
