A beautiful handmade addition to any kitchen worktop.

This ceramic spoon rest provides somewhere to place your utensils while cooking - a good gift for someone who enjoys spending time in their kitchen.

Crafted from a gently flecked stoneware clay, the spoon rest is made on the potter’s wheel by Florence in her Bristol studio.

The dish features a spiraled groove across the surface, and a little lip to support the spoon.

Finished with a maker’s mark on the base.

Glazed in "Oatmeal", a semi-matte, milky off-white colour that suits any style of kitchen.

  • Because each piece is made by hand, there will be slight variations in the dimensions and final effect of the glaze on each piece 


Care
Wash by hand with warm soapy water to prolong the lifespan of the glaze.

About Florence Ceramics
Florence is a ceramic artist making contemporary, considered tableware for daily life. She creates pottery for private clients, restaurants and a small number of shops, with every item thrown, fired and glazed entirely by hand in her Bristol Studio. Simple but not simplistic, her pottery is intended to be both beautiful and useful.
